User Story
As a blog editor, I wish to have a text entry form where new posts may be composed.
Acceptance Criteria
- Form is only accessible when I have signed into the side and have blog editor permissions
- Standard text editing controls are available (font size, styling, etc.)
- Scrollable when text exceeds the visible area
